Family Fun

Took my two sons to their first NHL hockey game and they had an awesome time. They loved seeing the players that they have been watching on TV for years. They saw a quick goal early in the game, a penalty shot, and the Kings almost came back to win the game. Both said they will remember this game for a long time. Even though we were in the upper section we had great seats and no one was walking in front of us. We have already purchased tickets for another game in December against the Washington Capitals, but that one will be a Christmas surprise for them.

Great game, fabulous seats, good atmosphere. Sitting in row T section 111, I had trouble seeing over all the employees standing in the driveway where the Zamboni comes in when 5 or 6 of them went up to the glass when the play was at that net. I couldn't see anything going on behind the net. I understand the goal judge might have to be there and maybe 1 maintenance guy.. but often there were many ''civilians'' there as well as many maintenance people, all this while the PLAY was on. I know they love hockey too or wouldn't be there. BUT.. they are getting paid to be there, and I paid over $100 to see the game and couldn't. I did mention this to a very nice male usher after the 2nd period. He said he'd pass it on. I hope this helps the next person in Section 111. Go Canes
